Two members of the Research Network have been honoured in the latest MRS Excellence Awards: Ian Brace receives the Gold Medal while Don Osborne has been made a Fellow of the Society.
Ian, an MRS member for nearly 50 years, has served the industry as a member of the Society’s Standards Board, as a Trustee and Chair of MRBA, and as an Executive Board member for AMSR. He is one of just 18 winners of the Gold Medal since it was introduced 42 years ago. More information on his career and on the award can be found here.
Don Osborne worked on both the client and agency side of the industry, including six years in charge of the National Readership Survey, and was a founder member of the Association of Qualitative Research Practitioners (now AQR). Information on Don and other newly appointed Fellows can be found here.
