MRS names Debbie Whittick as new Research Hero
Saturday, July 16th, 2022
Network member Debbie Whittick has been named by the MRS as one of its Research Heroes for 2022. The award recognises Debbie’s contribution to the industry and in particular to the MRBA.
The MRS launched the Research Heroes Initiative a year ago to celebrate ‘unsung heroes’ who would not necessarily qualify for existing professional recognition. Award winners work in research, insight or analytics – the full criteria are set out here.
Debbie Whittick has been volunteering with the MRBA for the last seven years. The MRS says Debbie was nominated by the Association for her key role in the planning and delivering MRBA events, doing long stints of ‘MRBA stand duty’ and more recently helping to look after its website – “all on a voluntary basis”. She has over 30 years’ experience in project management and client liaison with CRAM and QRi Consulting.
