Autumn Lunch news and pictures

The Network’s Autumn Lunch, held at Brasserie Blanc on 17 October, saw the largest attendance at a Network event for some years, with over 70 members and guests present. The venue, close to the Royal Festival Hall and Waterloo station, offered plenty of space for pre-and post-prandial socialising, and the food and drink were highly enjoyable.

One of Adam Phillips’s guests was ESOMAR Director General, Finn Raben, who was invited to address the audience. He offered some gently witty theories on what the E in ESOMAR represented, expounding on the society’s ethics, evangelism, educational objectives, experience and expertise; geographical references were entirely absent!
